location just next door to the many buses that pass out front, the red lion pub and well-stocked local convenience store. top quality and absolutely fantastic breakfast and plenty of goodies.

Location near to Norwich for a concert at the Theater Royale, good bus links to the town centre and which does superb food also. Quiet room and exceptionally comfortable beds. Superb food plus very welcoming staff👍👌😃

The breakfast is fresh, savory, and with plenty of options. the location is peaceful, near the Red Lion pub and Eaton Park in a domestic area. the staff is genuinely helpful and very welcoming.
